Ruby Roo Saddles Affiliate Program Guidelines
We’re excited to have you as part of our Affiliate Program! Please review the following guidelines to ensure you receive proper credit for your referrals:
1. Minimum Purchase Requirement
To qualify for affiliate credits or commission payouts, referred customers must make a minimum purchase of $100 or more (before tax and shipping).
2. 15-Day Transaction Hold
All referral transactions are subject to a 15-day hold period. This waiting period allows us to verify that the transaction is secure and that no returns or refunds have been processed.
After the 15-day period, your account will be credited accordingly.
3. Commission Rate
A 10% commission will be applied to your account for each successful transaction that meets the program criteria.
4. Commission Options
You may choose to receive your rewards as:
- Store credit toward future purchases
- Cash payout via the method outlined in your dashboard
5. Referral Tracking
Ensure your referral link is used during the customer’s checkout process. Only sales made through your tracked affiliate link will be eligible for rewards.
