How do I return an item?
Seller Return & Refund Policy:
Return or exchange item within 14 days will be effective after receiving the item. To request a return or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com no longer than 14 days after you receive the parcel. If we do not receive the requested email for a return or exchange within the 14 day time frame, it can not be returned. Please note, that it is the customers responsibility for full shipping cost on any returns or exchanges. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received the item. If the item is not returned within the 30 days of the original date of purchase, it will not be eligible for a possible return or exchange. Please note, all International customers are responsible for shipping fees to return any items.
Please note, we do not accept merchandise for return unless items are defective, in which case they will be replaced, subject to availability, or refunded at Buyer’s discretion. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, packed well in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Gifts redeemed are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
