How do I return an item?

Seller Return & Refund Policy:

Return or exchange item within 14 days will be effective after receiving the item.  To request a return or exchange, please contact us at no longer than 14 days after you receive the parcel.  If we do not receive the requested email for a return or exchange within the 14 day time frame, it can not be returned.  Please note, that it is the customers responsibility for full shipping cost on any returns or exchanges. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received the item. If the item is not returned within the 30 days of the original date of purchase, it will not be eligible for a possible return or exchange.  Please note, all International customers are responsible for shipping fees to return any items.

Please note, we do not accept merchandise for return unless items are defective, in which case they will be replaced, subject to availability, or refunded at Buyer’s discretion.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, packed well in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Gifts redeemed are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All costs for retuned item(s) will be the responsibility of the Buyer unless the item is defective. A tracking number and clear photos of the returned parcel are required prior to shipping a return and must be approved by Ruby Roo Saddlery, LLC.  Approved shipping companies are UPS, and FedEX.  Prior to returning an item, please contact

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within 15 days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item, please email and give your Full Name, Address, City, Zip Code, Phone Number and Order Number.  A representative will contact you regarding details within 24-48 hours.
