Dylan is a young rider from the United Kingdom whose story has captured the hearts of thousands of people on social media, especially our team here at Ruby Roo Saddles. Dylan was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma, a type of cancer that most commonly occurs in children between the ages of 10-20, and affects males more often than females. At only 8 years old, Dylan has persevered through more than most adults have, all to reach his dreams.
In this custom made Ruby Roo dressage saddle, Dylan is now able to feel secure in the saddle and has even returned to competing. We are so grateful that we were offered the opportunity to aid this wonderful little boy in his journey to get back in the saddle and pursue his dreams with his pony.

Dylan suffers with left side weakness, an unfortunate side effect from his bone cancer that has left him with a life-long disability rendering him with little to no control of his left leg when in the saddle. The blocks on his Ruby Roo have been positioned exactly for his leg, along with a padded latex pad in the rear of the flap for better control. As with all of our previous Ruby Roo Saddles, his custom bespoke saddle is beautiful to look at, and is fantastic quality grippy cowhide, including interchangable gullet plates, and flocking to better fit the pony.
